Saturday’s 31-5 victory over Romania in Bucharest has boosted the Eagles to their highest rankings perch of all time. They entered the contest ranked 15th, but with Italy beating Georgia two weeks ago and then losing handily to Australia on the weekend, they’ve jumped two spots.
